The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has taken a big step in digital transformation with the official launch of the e-Government mobile application. The event took place at the Presidency, with the participation of Türkiye’s Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and top TRNC officials, including President Ersin Tatar, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, ministers, MPs, and senior bureaucrats.
President Tatar highlighted that the foundations of this system were laid as early as 2012 during his time as Finance Minister. He emphasized that the e-Government project strengthens the TRNC, making public services faster, more transparent, and more accessible.
